Why You Should Apply:
- Season Duration: Work with us from May 23rd to September 7th, and enjoy an entire summer in a dynamic, community-centered environment.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 14 years or older.
- Availability: Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the summer.
- Commitment: Flexibility in late August and early September is crucial, even for those involved in fall sports or activities.

Positions Available:
Willows Swim Club Manager
Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the club, ensuring that members have a top-notch experience. Strong commitment to customer service and organizational skills is essential. Candidates should either hold or be willing to obtain a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certificate, and hold an active Lifeguard certification.
Camp Director
Lead and organize exciting summer camp programs for kids at Willows Camp! Develop a range of activities that encourage learning and fun. Preference given to those with teaching or educational experience. Must be available through July and into late August.
Lifeguard
Ensure the safety and well-being of all members by monitoring pool areas and responding to emergencies. Lifeguard certification required. Click here to Apply.
Front Desk/Maintenance Staff
Be the friendly face of Willows Swim Club! Greet members, handle inquiries, manage reservations, and keep the front desk organized. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are a must.
